Following the path through the Tizi Talghemt or Camel's Neck at 1,907 meters above sea level, we will observe the impressive views since the mountains are completely bare, and seem to be covered in a purple coat. We will continue towards Errachidia and on the journey we will be able to observe the Tafilalet massif and we will pass through the Erfoud palm grove road. This will be where we will continue our path along the track until we reach the famous fine sand dunes of Erg Chebbi next to Merzouga. We will change the 4×4 traction for animal traction, the dromedaries will take us into the desert to contemplate an unforgettable sunset. This night will be special, in the dunes we will sleep in nomadic tents (Jaimas) as the Berbers did in the past, we will enjoy a Berber dinner, music and a starry sky like you have never seen before. Dinner and overnight at the camp.
After breakfast, we will leave for Rissani to visit the market and its famous donkey parking lot. It is a unique place, where all the nomadic tribes of the desert come to supply themselves. Then we will move to Erfoud where we will visit the fossil quarries that are more than 380 million years old and we will continue along the road until we reach the famous Todra Gorges, a favorite place for climbers and trekking lovers. We will finish our journey on this day in the Dades Valley. Complimentary dinner and accommodation at the Hotel.
We will leave for the Dades Valley along the Route of a Thousand Kasbahs. We will pass through the Valley of Las Rosas where its inhabitants make creams, soaps and rose water. The next stop will be in Ouarzazate, and there we will visit the famous Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou (Declared a world heritage site by UNESCO). Several famous films have been filmed in this spectacular setting, such as Gladiator, Asterix and Obélix, Penélope Cruz's Sahara, among the most famous and the most acclaimed series, Game of Thrones. Once the visit has been made, we will head to the mountains and cross through the Tizi Ntichka gate (2,260 m) of the High Atlas, ending in Marrakech. End of this experience.
